Lattice was built by a solo developer who got tired of spending the first day of every new project on setup instead of shipping product.
Why It Exists
AI can generate code quickly, but projects still break when setup is inconsistent, dependencies drift, or assistants use the wrong assumptions. Lattice exists to make the initial architecture and guardrails explicit before code starts.
What It Delivers
Lattice Architect generates full project plans and setup commands for new builds. Lattice Core adds version-aware AI guardrails to existing projects. Together, they reduce setup from 4-6 hours to about 5 minutes.
